Flipping between every sitcom that was on at 5pm
This afternoon was super busy, but I made sure to get to the gym before I had to go get my hair done. I did the hill program on the arc trainer and I have come to the conclusion that I am not in shape. I may be able to run a good amount of miles, but oh my god, my legs were BURNING. I am discovering more and more reasons this running break is a good thing, and it is definitely opening my eyes to how important cross training and strength training are (yeah yeah yeah, you were right, Dad).
After the gym I hit up my hair salon, but don’t worry, I made sure to have the perfect post-workout drink: wine.
Now I get to go show off my new lovely locks while we celebrate this crazy girl’s birthday
